These tools can range from loopnet, costar, propertyline, to local news paper advertising, to email blasts. All these tools assist agents in successfully marketing commercial real estate properties, but should not solely be relied on. All successful commercial real estate agents know that the proper marketing of investment properties consists of a combination of online marketing with the tried and true method of cold calling. It’s vital for agents to identify the investors for a particular asset class and through cold calls commercial real estate agents can share the investment opportunity being marketed and at the same time build new relationships that could possibly lead to future opportunities down the line.
